What is AspireVita?
AspireVita is a UK AI consultancy and engineering company, founded by Mahesh Pappu and Pavan Gathala and based in Telford. We design and build AI systems, from strategy and agentic AI to machine learning, data and software.

Why did we start AspireVita?
We started AspireVita in 2022 because we saw a gap in the market. Many businesses didn’t know how much AI could do for them, either to grow revenue or to cut costs. We set up AspireVita to close that gap.
How do we work?
Every project is run from the UK.
A call, then a written proposal
Every project is scoped individually, so there is no price list. After the free 30-minute call we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost, usually within a week.

Our five services work alone or together, so you can start with strategy, with your data or with a build.

How do we look after your data?
Where your data is hosted and processed is agreed with you before any build starts, including UK or EU hosting and AI model providers with suitable data processing terms.
On your project
- Prototypes use anonymised or sample data unless you agree otherwise.
- Where we build an agent, we add approval steps for anything that spends money, contacts a customer or cannot be undone, and every action is logged so it can be reviewed.
- You own the code and models we build for you once the project is paid for.

- Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics cookies. Until you do, the site makes no requests to Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics.
- What you send through our contact form is used only to reply to you and to send you information about your enquiry.
- Enquiries are kept in our Google Workspace account only as long as needed to respond to them and follow them up. Google may process them outside the UK, under its data processing terms.
