Agentic AI

AI agents that look up your information, work in your business systems and finish multi-step tasks, for teams with repeatable work that still needs judgement.

You get

A tested agent, with approval steps and an audit log

After the call

A written proposal, usually within a week

What problems does agentic AI solve?

It takes on repeatable, multi-step work that follows clear rules but needs judgement on messy inputs.

  • Enquiries waiting in a queue

Messages sit unread until someone can sort them and pass them to the right person.

  • Details re-keyed between systems

Staff copy the same details into several tools, or update records by hand after every call.

  • Answers buried in documents

The answer is in a policy, a manual or a past case, and finding it takes too long.

What does agentic AI development include?

A working agent, built from the smallest set of building blocks that does the job, with the controls to trust it.

  • A prototype on sample data

A working agent on anonymised or sample data, so you can judge its output before committing to a build.

  • Connections to your systems

The agent reads and updates your CRM, booking or finance tools through approved connections, reaching only what its task needs.

  • Approval steps and an audit log

A person approves payments, customer messages and anything that cannot be undone, and every prompt, retrieval and action is recorded.

  • Tests and monitoring

Evaluation tests before release and after every change, with accuracy and running cost tracked in production.

How does an agentic AI project run?

Start with one workflow, prove it on sample data, then widen the scope.

  1. Pick one workflow

We choose one well-bounded task where an agent can save your team time, and agree how to measure success.

  2. Prototype on sample data

A working agent on anonymised or sample data, unless you agree otherwise.

  3. Harden for production

Access controls, approval steps, monitoring and tests, connected to your live systems.

  4. Run and improve

We track accuracy and running cost, then extend to the next workflow once the first pays its way.

What have we built for clients?

Who will you work with?

Founders with 40+ years’ combined experience, delivering for Barclays and JPMorgan Chase. They lead every project.

  • Mahesh Pappu

    Co-founder and CEO

Senior data science and risk modelling roles at Barclays and Discover Financial Services.

Frequently asked questions

What is agentic AI?

Agentic AI is software that uses a large language model to plan and carry out a task. An agent can search your documents, work in your systems through their APIs, check its own output, and hand over to a person when a decision needs sign-off. It is built from three blocks: answers from your own data (retrieval-augmented generation), actions in your systems (tool use and API integration) and teams of agents working together (multi-agent orchestration).

What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?

A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An AI agent is given a goal and works towards it: it plans steps, looks up information, uses your systems and checks the result. Many agents never talk to a customer at all and run behind the scenes on back-office work.

Will an agent act without human approval?

Only where you decide it can. We add approval steps for anything that spends money, contacts a customer or cannot be undone, and every action is logged so it can be reviewed.

Where is our data processed?

Where data is hosted and processed is agreed with each client before any build starts, including UK or EU hosting and AI model providers with suitable data processing terms. Prototypes use anonymised or sample data unless the client agrees otherwise.

Who owns the code and models?

You own the code and models we build for you once the project is paid for.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. The written proposal after the call sets out the timeline for your project.

How much does it cost?

Every project is scoped individually, so there is no price list. After the free 30-minute call we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost, usually within a week.
